What You'll Do
Operate & Maintain Equipment
- Ensure continuous and efficient operation of assigned production technology.
- Perform technical interventions including process settings, adjustments, and troubleshooting.
- Execute preventive, planned, and reactive maintenance to sustain machine functionality.
Document & Monitor
- Accurately record production activities, maintenance, and adjustments in logbooks and databases.
- Ensure proper completion of Batch Records and Master Batch Records.
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving
- Identify and resolve equipment issues using root cause analysis and troubleshooting tools (e.g., IPS, UPS, BDE).
- Support equipment installation and modifications when needed.
Quality & Compliance
- Follow PMI quality procedures during machine starts/stops and product changes.
- Maintain product integrity through adherence to quality standards.
Cleanliness & Organization
- Keep equipment and surrounding areas clean and organized.
- Apply 5S principles in daily operations.
Continuous Improvement
- Analyze machine performance and suggest improvements using Lean tools (e.g., PDCA).
- Contribute to standard setting and best practice sharing.
Collaboration & Communication
- Share relevant production information across teams and support groups.
- Participate in knowledge exchange to enhance team expertise.
Safety & Sustainability
- Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Report risks and contribute to a safe and sustainable workplace.
What You Need to Have
- Graduate of a Technical School (Secondary Technical School or Technical University)
- Basic mechanical interventions and maintenance under supervision
- Satisfactory communication and interpersonal skills
Work Schedule and Location:
- Full-time on-site work arrangement with plant facility based in Dhaka (60 kms. from the city center)
- Must be able to work on a shifting schedule
