Production Team Manager

Key Tasks:

• Manager for Team Members and Team Leaders
• Set and follow up targets for the team and each employee, broken down from unit level
• As process owner be responsible for: 1. safety of the people, processes and manufactured/delivered products 2. quality + Q-system 3. delivery交付 4. cost成本
• As owner secure the quality, via SOP audit dialogues, and execution of the SOPs
• By own presence drive performance of the team and employees，
• Be responsible for own cost account
• Drive performance meetings, improvement meetings and related activities
• Be a link between the factory and support functions for daily issues
• Control of quality, deviations and line stops
• Provide the team with relevant information
• Leading or support claim handling related production
• Leading ALPS relevant activities:TPM,5S, PRP, SOP, Kaizan and etc.;
• Perform audits according to ALPS
• Secure production capacity according to workload
• Continuously Improve productivity
• Leading and develop the people in unit
• empowering YOUR people to accomplish their mission
• removing things that prevents success, finding gaps and close them, being the link/connecting point to other functions and to create order out of chaos
• giving YOUR people what they require - and getting out of their way!

- Qualification(Education/Certification/Working experience)

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience
• Relevant Leadership and management skills
• 5years of experience from production/manufacturing company
• Experience from improvement tools, e g 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen. Certified GB is plus
• Project work experience
