Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Production Supervisor with experience in manufacturing, particularly in the electronics or high-tech sector. This role focuses on optimizing production processes, troubleshooting equipment issues, and driving operational excellence while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Production Supervisors responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Responsible for scheduling control.
• Maintain material control and quality control.
• Responsible for other duties on assembly line.
• Oversee and coach employees / team leaders / technicians.
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Technical High School degree, college degree preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of relative working experience in server or computer hardware industry preferred.
• Experience with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards.
• Ability to lead technical team.
• Microsoft Office (excel, word) knowledge.
• Basic possess mechanical knowledge (liquid cooling etc.).
• Familiarity with computer or electronic components testing and inspection.
• Strong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness.
• Ability to comprehend spoken and written English.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends depending on business demands.
• Solid understanding of server rack integration/assembly is plus.
• Lean management knowledge is plus.
