Responsibilities:

• Train cell operators and team leaders and ensure standard work is being followed.

• Train cell operators and update charts and maintain daily production schedule.

• Determine training targets, update and maintain versatility matrix.

• Manage shop orders, and interface with multiple departments.

• Communicate when equipment is down.

• Comply with all quality requirements.

• Work closely with HSE and OPEX departments.  

• Comply with all safety regulations for the position and the direct reports.

• Oversee Production areas to standardize the operation.

• Directly responsible for the production schedules and product quality.

• Follow procedures GMPS GDPs as required.

• Comply with Company regulation (FDA / ISO 13485 / others).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent or combination of education and work experience will be considered.  

• 5 Years experience in a supervisory environment and leadership. Experience in Medical Device Industry is a plus.

• Experience analyzing and presenting production metrics.

• Intermediate level of English, at least B2+.

• Experience in internal and external audits regarding the Quality Management System.

• Experience in Lean Manufacturing process and improvements implemented.

• Demonstrated proficiency in manufacturing systems used to collect data and control/monitor processes.

• Demonstrated capacity to effectively lead/influence peers and other functions towards organizational goals.

• Flexible attitude and the ability to deal with changing assignments and priorities.

• Self-motivated and capable of working under tight deadlines.

• Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments / flexibility.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both written and verbal.

• Strong teamwork.

• Demonstrated knowledge of ISO and quality systems as FDA and OSHA requirements.
