Production Process Section Head

Job Description Summary :

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising bio-chemical production processes to ensure operational effectiveness, product quality, production target achievement, and compliance with company standards and policies.

Job Description :

• Develop and manage Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC).
• Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Ensure minimum stock availability for production operations.
• Monitor production budget utilization and operational efficiency.
• Supervise equipment inspection, maintenance, and calibration.
• Prepare production and operational reports.
• Propose product development and process improvement initiatives.
• Manage manpower allocation within production operations.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement programs.
• Analyze operational issues and implement corrective actions.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Biotechnology, Agriculture, Biology, Bioprocess, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in production/manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge in PPIC, production operations, microbiology, and bio-industry.
• Good leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Familiar with Quality Management System, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S.
