Your Role

In your daily job you will:

  • Smartly understand customer demand, especially the rolling forecasts by working closely with Sales Dept and directly work with customer;
  • Make monthly production plan according to the sales plan, track the production schedule;
  • Properly upload the production requirement into the MRP system in a timely manner;
  • Manage and coordinate customer demand variations with Production, Sales Dept and Materials Planning Group in PC&L;
  • Cooperate with ME team to improve the automation to save manpower and rise capacity;
  • Cooperate with other Dept to deal with the problem e.g supplier, logistic, machine, quality to avoid stopping the production line;
  • Make sure 100% on-time delivery, Anticipate issues and report;
  • Work with Warehouse and production dept to establish and maintain the TPA systems;
  • Continuous improvement on finished goods inventory;
  • Responsible for checking the monthly inventory;
  • Sales revenue forecasting and follow up;
  • Prevent waste materials, stationery, water, and electricity;

 

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

  • Education background:  Bachelor degree or above;
  • More than 6 years relevant experience;
