You will work with specialized industrial and automated machinery in a clean and controlled production environment, assembling components and ensuring each product meets strict quality standards. The right person for this role is attentive, dependable, and comfortable working with machinery while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
This position operates on 1st shift (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday) and requires extended periods of standing in a dry and clean room production environment while following PPE protocols.
What You Will Do
- Assemble the components that make up our Test Card consumable with accuracy and consistency.
- Operate industrial and custom automation machinery safely and effectively.
- Follow established production procedures and detailed process work instructions.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet defined quality and performance specifications.
- Maintain accurate production records, logs, and documentation.
- Support daily production operations while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
- Keep work areas, equipment, and machinery clean, organized, and production-ready.
- Assist with monitoring and maintaining product and material inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and productive workflow.
- Perform additional tasks or support duties as needed to meet production goals.
What You'll Need to Have
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate machinery safely and responsibly.
- Experience operating production or manufacturing equipment preferred.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices when interacting with machinery.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during the workday.
