Responsibilities:

Comply with safety regulations, procedures, and internal instructions to prevent occupational risks and support environmental management. Report any changes that may affect procedures to the section supervisor.
Follow work instructions by performing the tasks assigned by the team leader or supervisor in accordance with production standards and procedures.
Keep the work area clean and organized, following established cleaning standards and procedures.
Monitor production parameters by controlling and recording data on manufactured products and reporting any issues to the team leader or supervisor.
Carry out tests and improvements according to the control plan, participate in continuous improvement projects, and propose ideas for process or product improvements.

Qualifications:

Academic Background: A minimum qualification as a technician in the field is desirable (training in mechanics).
Specific Training: Basic-level training in occupational risk prevention is desirable.
Languages: Proficiency in Spanish is essential.
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of Office tools (Word and Excel) is desirable.
Competencies: Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, autonomy, and commitment to safety regulations.

Compensation for this position will be determined in accordance with the collective agreement applicable to the professional category assigned.
