About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities

1、daily production operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory control and order fulfillment, ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy.

2、Lead and manage warehouse associates, including work allocation, performance monitoring, coaching and attendance management.

3、Monitor operational KPIs such as productivity, quality, inventory accuracy and on-time dispatch, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

4、Coordinate manpower planning based on daily workload and business demands to optimize labor utilization.

5、Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, health & safety regulations and company policies.

6、Investigate operational issues, identify root causes and implement corrective actions to improve warehouse performance.

7、Conduct on-the-job training for new employees and support cross-training to build a multi-skilled workforce.

8、Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Transportation, HR and Inventory Control to support business objectives.

9、Support warehouse start-up, peak season operations and other business initiatives as required.

10、Complete other tasks assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
