Production Manager - Water Purification & Bottling Company

A water purification and bottling company is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee production operations and ensure quality standards and operational efficiency within the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire water production line, from bottling to storage.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and health & safety regulations.
• Organize production schedules and monitor daily output.
• Manage production staff and assign responsibilities effectively.
• Coordinate machinery maintenance with the maintenance department.
• Minimize waste and improve production efficiency.
• Prepare periodic operational reports for management.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in water factories or similar food and beverage manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO and HACCP is preferred.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• High level of commitment, discipline, and professionalism.
