At a glance We're looking for a highly experienced and skilled Production Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our high power semiconductor production. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for setting annual goals, planning resources, and ensuring the production of high-quality semiconductors. You will also be responsible for improving production culture, initiating corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with company regulations.

Job Description
We're seeking a talented and experienced Production Manager to join our team and lead the production of high power semiconductors.


As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Setting annual goals and planning resources for production
• Ensuring the production of high-quality semiconductors based on marketing plans
• Coordinating, optimizing, and prioritizing resources to meet customer requirements and achieve company goals
• Improving production culture and initiating corrective actions
• Ensuring compliance with company regulations and environmental protection, safety, and fire prevention regulations

Your Profile
You are a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in production management. You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and are able to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• University or college degree in a technical field
• 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry (preferably autoelectronic)
• 5+ years of managerial experience
• Managerial, broad-scale technical knowledge, and knowledge of production planning and quality requirements and procedures
• Project management experience
• Proficient Hungarian and English language; German is an advantage
