Responsibilities:

• Process optimization: analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower production costs.
• Quality assurance: ensure that products meet quality standards by developing and enforcing quality control procedures.
• Troubleshooting and Problem-solving: diagnose production issues and implement corrective actions to resolve problems quickly.
• Documentation and Reporting: maintain detailed documentation of production processes, including operational risk assessment, SOP, processing parameters etc., provide KPI reporting monthly.
• Safety compliance: develop and enforece safety guidelines and protocols to minimize risks and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a production or process engineer in manufacturing enterprises, experience in the technical textile industry, coating or plastisol chemistry is preferred.
• Proactive and eager to learn new skills and knowledge.
