We are seeking a Production Designer to support the creation and delivery of high-quality digital marketing assets across web, social, and display advertising channels. This role is responsible for executing production-ready creative from established design systems and Figma specifications while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

The ideal candidate has strong technical design skills, excels in asset production at scale, and is highly organized in managing files, components, and creative deliverables. You will work closely with designers, creative teams, and production stakeholders to efficiently translate approved concepts into polished, deployment-ready assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute static digital assets from approved Figma designs and creative specifications.
• Adapt creative assets across multiple formats, sizes, and channel requirements while maintaining design integrity.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality, technical, and brand standards before handoff.
• Prepare and export assets for deployment across digital platforms and marketing channels.
• Manage file naming conventions, version control, and trafficking-ready deliverables.
• Optimize assets for web performance, display advertising requirements, and responsive experiences.
• Maintain organized project files, design libraries, and production documentation.

• Support Figma file organization, component management, and specification documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in Production Design, Digital Design, Graphic Design, or Creative Production.
• Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns, websites, or advertising production environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, design systems, and file management.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and related tools).
• Experience producing display banners, social media assets, and web content modules.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and digital asset optimization.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to support design-to-development collaboration.

Compensation (from employer):
Compensation — 1 – 1 USD — (The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
