Accountability Objective:

To have jobs accurately pulled and on lines promptly to avoid downtime. Manage inventory through the ERP system.

Essential Duties:

• Computer literate
• Process various tasks in the ERP system
• Inventory Control
• Maintain good housekeeping
• Issue material to all work orders
• Read tool sheets and bills
• Cycle Counts
• Operate respool
• Complete paperwork accurately
• Stage orders for all lines.
• Inspect incoming material
• Participate in all LEAN events and training opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work over-time as demand requires
• Ability to read engineering documents and Bill of Materials
• Ability to monitor material usage
• Maintain accurate manufacturing control system paperwork
• Assist in training new employees
• Obey all safety rules and company policies
• Report unusual conditions or defective material to a supervisor
• Occasionally required to perform various other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

• Standing
• Walking
• Squatting
• Lifting 40+lbs
