Job Description:

To handle fully automatic dairy powder plant operations

What you’ll do:

• Operation of highly sophisticated, fully automatic dairy powder plant.
• Troubleshooting of plant.
• Maintaining quality of the product.
• Compliance to customer requirements.
• Documentation for various customer requirements.
• Leading the shift operation of entire Laxmi dryer.
• Helping operation of Liquid milk plant.
• Co-ordination with internal customers viz. Maintenance team, Fresh milk reception, Quality control, Main plant
• Co-ordination with external customers
• Adherence to GMP, food safety and sanitation.

What you need to succeed:

• B. Tech/ M. Tech Dairy Technology
• 3 to 5 Years of experience
• Good exposure to plant automation especially Siemens PCS-7.
• Detailed knowledge of process and safety interlocks of plant is highly preferred
• Communication skills - written and verbal
• Good technical decision making
• Compliance to SOP.
• Good knowledge of technology and quality
• Good team player Multitasking
