Job Description

Shannon Global Energy Solutions is a leading designer and manufacturer of reusable thermal and acoustic insulation solutions for industrial and commercial applications. With a strong commitment to innovation, quality, and operational excellence, we serve a wide range of industries, including power generation, oil & gas, manufacturing, and HVAC. Our solutions help companies improve energy efficiency, reduce emissions, and enhance workplace safety. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Production Associate.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Body movement: The employee must have a full range of body movements including use of hands to finger, handle or feel objects and bending, reach and crouching in addition to standing for long periods of time.
• Body senses: Must have command of all five senses: sight, hearing, touch, smell and taste. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
• Strength: Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds with regularity
• Employees may be required to wear mandatory PPE (Shoes, Clothing, Eyewear, Hearing Protection)

WORKING CONDITIONS (This is a safety sensitive position)

• Employees will also be required to stand for extended periods of time during work.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually low, however, moderate noise levels can also be encountered around operating equipment in the production area or while visiting customer sites.
• Work will normally be performed from eight to ten hours per day, five days a week

Education

• High School Education

Essential Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Ability to stand for several hours at a time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to, literally, work with your hands stapling various insulation materials,
• I-Phone, Computer, Computer MS Software, Email, Texting

Compensation Range

 Hourly: $19.00

The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
