The Role:

This is a role to join our Product team and be part of Showpo’s ongoing growth that will focus predominantly on Showpo in-house brand 70% of mix. You will be responsible for supporting the team to ensure that collections achieve the budget intake margin %, target DIFOT for sampling and target NPS (quality). Achieve KPIs including budget cost price  margin %, sampling DIFOT and target NPS (quality).

Day to day you will be responsible for:

  • Build relationships with suppliers and manage supplier monthly meetings

  • Track/manage sample development deliveries to ensure that everything is on-time according to Critical Path using WFX/Excel Pivot Table

  • Responsible for negotiating select cost prices to ensure we achieve budget margin % using fit notes & record in WFX, referring to supplier history

  • Update and ensure details of each style attributions are correct in WFX 

  • Ensure WFX (PLM) is kept up to date and tidy by GTs/PD/Design

  • Help set RRPs alongside PD / Design Manager to ensure a balanced pricing architecture across the categories. 

  • Prepare samples and cost prices for fits/buy meetings

  • Prepare the Line List from WFX for each buy

Who are you?

  • Able to work autonomously and also be team oriented

  • Knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets

  • Fashion Qualification is desirable

  • 1+ years experience in an administration role. Fashion industry desired but not essential

  • Strong computer literacy
