Job description

Are you passionate about high-precision measurement technology and eager to combine your technical expertise with strong communication skills? As the key interface between Product Management, R&D, Sales, and Customer Support, you will connect technical innovation with customer needs. You will support our measuring instruments throughout their lifecycle and communicate their features and applications through training, technical documentation, and customer demonstrations.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Support to support the existing product portfolio
  • Collaborate closely with R&D and Product Engineering on product development projects and product lifecycle management
  • Perform application-related and functional software testing
  • Plan and deliver training sessions for sales teams
  • Prepare sales and technical documentation (manuals, application reports, etc.).
  • Develop applications and provide technical support and consulting to sales partners and customers
  • Conduct customer visits and support field tests and key customer projects
  • Completed technical education (HTL, Chemistry College/Chemie-Kolleg, University of Applied Sciences (FH), Technical University (TU)) or an equivalent qualification in chemistry or a related scientific field
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across Product Management, R&D, Sales, and Customer Support
  • Strong problem-solving skills, customer focus, and the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Self-organized and solution-oriented working style
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market.
