Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores is a national retailer primarily focused on selling home appliances, hardware, tools and lawn and garden equipment. We operate through two segments - the Sears Hometown and Hardware segment and the Sears Outlet segment.

The Outlet Repair Specialist is responsible for the preparation of merchandise into saleable, functioning condition through inspection, testing and repair. The Outlet Repair Specialist is also responsible for the performance of cosmetic repairs on appliances and other merchandise. The Outlet Repair Specialist works directly with a team of hourly associates. The Outlet Repair Specialist abides by the Code of Business Conduct and overall business practices with the highest level of integrity. The Outlet Repair Specialist must have day, evening and weekend availability to work.
