Job Objective 

The role is responsible for planning, organizing, controlling, and regularly analyzing plant projects and processes to ensure achievement of all goals and adherence to quality specifications. It drives continuous improvement through data analysis and the effective implementation of the Quality Management System, while ensuring the company maintains its certifications. Additionally, the position oversees compliance with stakeholder requirements and ISO 9001 standards, including audits and certifications.

Main Responsibilities

Monitors and verifies that production processes and equipment are adequate to meet quality specifications.

Ensures that daily production complies with the standards of the integrated management system.

Ensures and maintains the execution of the documented information system procedure and guarantees system availability for all necessary personnel.

Performs complex quality analyses and process inspections by applying action plans.

Coordinates the internal audit process of the IMS (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018).

Follows up on customer complaints and warranties.
