RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1) Follow sales & marketing monthly source plan to create monthly production plan.
2) Work with PAD team on Slow moving material (RM &FG) usage.
3) Work with supply chain & logistic team ensure sufficient availability of FG stock and monitor the stock transfer process.
4) Efficient verification and analysis of sales forecast with actual dispatches.
5) Monitor FG and raw materials supply crisis.
6) Management reporting.
7) Maintain proper recording as per the requirements of ISO-TS 16949 and ISO 9001 : 2015 Standards .
8) Ensure that own assets our utilized.
9) over all responsible for production planning, Raw material arrangement and FG material lift up from toller site.
10) Responsible to perform to complete the PLM related activities.
Education:
Bachelor degree or above, with major in management or logistics related field
Work Experience:
5 year or above experience of planning from multi-national Chemical company.
Skills & Language
- Good command of MS Office (excel), experience of SAP
- Excellent written and oral communication in English.
