What you will be doing? 👇

• You are responsible for the products of the Search Ninjas cell: Backend services for customer search and customer matching — from ONE Person, duplicate checks, and historical customer data through to AI-supported search queries and data matching for 35 internal consumers
• You take professional ownership of the Verification of Payee backend for payee verification in the bank’s group-wide payment transactions
• You are responsible for business-critical banking applications that are essential to the bank’s ongoing operations, and you make decisions on deployments, bug fixes, and changes with an appropriately high level of care
• You work in an international, diverse, and highly committed team of around 15 internal and external data scientists, developers, and business experts
• You continuously develop the product vision and are responsible for the product backlog
• You coordinate collaboration with internal stakeholders and adjacent units
• You initiate and implement solutions to increase efficiency
• You use the available scope for action to work with initiative and responsibility
  

Which technology & skills are important for us?

• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Project management experience (Cooperation with the team on the development of the product. Planning and prioritetization skills)
• English language (C1)

Nice to have:

• German language

The ASDI Cluster (AI Solutions Development & Innovation) in the GS-DATA Key Area is one of the bank’s central competence centers for the application and further development of artificial intelligence.

We are responsible for developing proprietary AI models and use cases and also provide specialized consulting services.

We are a customer-centric team that focuses on bringing value to the organization through technical and business service delivery.

We help and enable Commerzbank to maximize the value of all the data available by creating interfaces and services to the data. Together we strive toward the data-driven enterprise.

At the same time, we act as the AI Transformation Office, organized into three specialized cells that directly support the Chief Data & AI Officer. In this role, we contribute to the further development of the bank’s AI strategy, help shape AI standards, assess and clarify architecture-related questions, and drive the use and cultural embedding of AI across the entire bank.
