You will be responsible for the following:

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog
• Translate the Business Owners strategies to tasks for development
• Break epics into user stories and arrange and prioritize sprints
• Evaluate progress at each stage of development
• Stay accessible and answer Development Team’s questions about the reasoning for user stories or tasks
• Serve as a liaison between product and development just like a Scrum Master
• Own the end-to-end KTLO roadmap, aligning quarterly goals with long-term platform stability and performance benchmarks.
• Conduct deep-dive research to identify process gaps; design and launch automation projects that resolve recurring pain points and reduce manual toil.
• Facilitate high-velocity Scrum ceremonies—including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Daily Stand-ups—ensuring the squad remains focused on high-priority maintenance and debt reduction.Stakeholder & Risk Management: Lead Business Readiness (BRC) and requirement-gathering sessions to ensure all go-live criteria are met, mitigating risk before deployment.
