Product Owner

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical delivery, ensuring that products and projects are delivered efficiently and bring tangible value to stakeholders.

This role requires a highly autonomous professional capable of quickly understanding complex business environments and driving initiatives with minimal onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
• Create wireframes and define user journeys and product flows.
• Build, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog.
• Prepare sprint planning sessions and closely follow development progress.
• Facilitate and lead sprint reviews and stakeholder demonstrations.
• Define functional and technical requirements for system integrations.
• Collaborate with business teams, developers, and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Contribute to the successful execution of complex and cross-functional projects.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar product management role.
• Proven experience managing software development projects using Agile methodologies.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into actionable product specifications.
• Experience working on complex systems, integrations, or enterprise-scale projects.
• Comfortable interacting with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and rapidly understand new business contexts.

Nice to Have

• Experience with API-based integrations and distributed systems.
• Previous experience in Telecom, Fintech, Banking, Insurance, or other highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Understanding of UX/UI best practices and user-centered design methodologies.
• Experience working with international and multicultural teams.
• Exposure to cloud-based products and digital transformation initiatives.
• Basic understanding of software architecture and technical integration patterns.
