Product Operations Specialist, ADSO Search Model Data

Description

The ADSO (AI Data Service and Operations) Search Model Data team at TikTok provides labeling services covering over 20 countries/regions and 18 languages. The team provides data labeling for training and testing of search models for various business segments, such as search ranking(user experience improvement), search recommendation, search ads, and search security(non-bottom line), helping to improve search results and optimise search ranking through efficient and accurate data labeling and professional analysis.

Responsibilities
• Perform as the product operations role; Manage the operation of labeling projects that deliver training/testing data for machine learning models, with the ultimate goal of optimizing users' search results.
• Work as the project owner, undertake various tasks during the project lifecycle, including but not limited to request undertake, project plan design, design quality and performance standards and assessing risks to proactively minimize the risk to ensure the project targets can be achieved.
• Work closely with the global data service team on the project implementation, resource management, quality assurance and any optimization initiatives.
• Conduct ROl analysis and regular review based on the model performance of machine learning models, as well as driving optimizations on quality improvement, efficiency improvement and cost saving to achieve a higher project ROl.
• Foresee possible risks, prepare necessary risk management procedures and react to unexpected issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Work experience in search engines and social media platforms; Former experience in Search relevant business.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in social media within a high-growth environment.
• High proficiency in Portuguese is required as the role requires communication with local speaking markets & stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
• Master's Degree or above preferred.
• Proven experience in cross functional work and stakeholder management.
• Experience in analysis and communication skills with a good sense of flexibility.
• Solid experience in project management, project operation, or familiarity with users' Internet usage habits.
