Key Responsibilities

• Margin Trading Operations: Oversee day-to-day margin trading activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Risk Management: Monitor and manage risk exposure related to margin trading, including liquidation processes and margin calls.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and trading patterns to optimize margin trading strategies and enhance user experience.
• Client Support: Provide exceptional support for users engaging in margin trading, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the risk management and product teams to improve systems and processes related to margin trading.
• Reporting: Generate and analyze performance reports, providing insights to management on trading activity and operational efficiency.
• Policy Development: Assist in developing and updating margin trading policies and procedures to align with industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in trading operations, specifically in margin trading or derivatives within a financial institution or CEX.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of margin trading mechanics, risk management principles, and cryptocurrency markets.
• Skills:
