Job Description
The Product Marketing Manager plays a key role in shaping how Ensora Health brings AI‑enabled products and value‑added services to market. This role supports product marketing strategy, positioning, and go‑to‑market execution across a portfolio of offerings, with a strong emphasis on using data, insights, and modern tools—including AI—to drive clarity, differentiation, and adoption. Partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer‑facing teams, the Product Marketing Manager translates product capabilities into compelling customer value and helps scale impact through thoughtful use of emerging technologies and AI‑assisted workflows.
Must have revenue cycle management (RCM) experience and payments experience.
What You’ll Do
Support the development and execution of product marketing strategy, positioning, and messaging for assigned products and services, leveraging AI and analytics to inform decisions.
Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer‑facing teams to align messaging with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
Contribute to the creation of value propositions, messaging frameworks, and competitive differentiation, using AI‑assisted research and synthesis where appropriate.
Assist with the development of customer‑facing content—including website copy, landing pages, in‑app messaging, and product communications—using AI tools to increase efficiency, consistency, and quality.
Support Sales and Customer‑facing teams by creating enablement materials, training content, and buyer insights, incorporating AI‑driven analysis of customer behavior and feedback.
Participate in planning and execution of marketing initiatives such as campaigns, webinars, product updates, and launches, experimenting with AI to optimize reach and engagement.
Analyze market data, customer feedback, and product performance using both traditional methods and AI‑enabled insights to surface recommendations.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to support coordinated, scalable, and data‑informed product launches.
What You Bring
Experience with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Payments is required.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related role.
Experience supporting SaaS or technology‑driven products, ideally within AI‑enabled platforms.
Experience contributing to go‑to‑market initiatives or product launches.
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to enhance research, content development, analysis, or workflow efficiency.
Experience developing messaging, sales enablement materials, or customer‑facing content.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
