This position is responsible to analyse market trend, customer behavior, competitors, market scenario, economicals and other facts that can influentiate the product perfomance and sales performance, giving inputs for product manager, engeneering, sales, training, pricing, etc about local and imported Massey Ferguson tractors. You will work aligned with aplication scope to develop the best go to market strategy to deliver financial targets and add vallue to the sales process. This function is a key player to track NPS and also defend quality of product, being voice of customer inside AGCO aligned with field performance area. The professional must have a wide business vision to coordinate all product life cycle.

 

Your Impact

  • Lead the strategic Product and Production Systems portfolio for Massey Ferguson, aligning current and future product roadmaps with AGCO’s business strategy, customer needs, and product excellence objectives.
  • Coordinate portfolio planning and governance processes (OPC), ensuring effective collaboration and alignment among Product Managers, platforms, and strategic partners.
  • Drive cross-functional integration across NPI, Engineering, Manufacturing, Parts, Service, and AGCO Academy to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer value proposition.
  • Define and execute go-to-market, tactical, and sales strategies for each brand and market, while monitoring product performance and customer satisfaction through NPS.
  • Manage budgets, special projects, and knowledge development initiatives, including the creation and delivery of product and production system training for dealers.

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agronomy, or related fields.
  • Advanced/Fluent English (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of the agricultural market, customer behavior, and value-based pricing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and data analysis to communicate complex technologies and business insights.
  • Experience in end-to-end cost-to-price management and leading multicultural teams to drive business results.
