  • You maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring well-defined user stories and clear requirements

  • You lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and ongoing Agile delivery activities

  • You collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality solutions

  • You provide ongoing support and guidance to engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle

  • You proactively communicate product progress, insights, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders

  • You measure product success using data, customer insights, and key performance metrics

  • You manage dependencies across teams and coordinate delivery within a cross-functional environment

  • You develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with customer and business objectives

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar product management role

  • Demonstrated success managing products throughout the full product lifecycle

  • Experience working in B2B, B2C, or B2B2C environments

  • Strong ability to gather, define, prioritize, and communicate product requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on and proactive approach

  • Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization

  • Experience driving customer-focused product strategies and business outcomes

  • Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies and practices
