Product Manager _ UNO產品經理-內湖

職務概要
此職務負責管理維護UNO系列產品，維護產品生命週期的同時接收市場端的反饋，並與團隊討論&開發新產品。此職務除了需要對自動化的熱情與高度的執行力之外，也需要跨部門的溝通能力。前期需要培養PM基本工作能力，後期必須面對業務與客戶以了解市場需求。

主要工作內容 :
1. 主導新產品規格制定, 熟悉IPC客戶需求熟悉, 與前線RBU 溝通重要橋梁
2. 管理產品生命週期，並與市場溝通產品 Roadmap
3. 協助市場營銷部製作相關素材
4. 協助業務處理重要專案 RFQ


必要條件 :
1. 3-5年以上工作經驗
+ 3-5 years PM experience
2. 有產品開發規劃及管理能力
Familiar at new product/ project development plan and well management capability.
3. 善於時間管理且能有效地進行跨部門溝通
Good at project schedule management and the ability of effectively communicate across departments.
4. 清晰邏輯思考力, 並具問題解決及決策能力
Clear logical thinking to analysis the problem correctly and have problem solving skill, can make the decision properly.
5. 具備IPC 相關產品知識及了解市場趨勢
Have knowledge of IPC related products and be aware of market trend
6. 有理工背景or有IPC 技術為佳

Science and engineering degree or IPC technology background is preferred.
