Product Manager/Sr. Purchaser

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing & New Product Introduction (NPI):

• Execute sourcing activities for new Rack parts, including Request for Quotation (RFQ), cost negotiation, and lead time assessment.
• Manage the new vendor onboarding process and create new vendor codes in the system to ensure supply readiness.

2. Project Management & Maintenance:

• Maintain L11 Rack component data and lifecycle management for assigned vendors, ensuring BOM accuracy.
• Serve as the primary focal point for ASML project maintenance, ensuring material availability and resolving supply chain bottlenecks.

3. Procurement Operations:

• Process Purchase Requisitions (P/R) for 3rd party AOC (Active Optical Cables) and networking commodities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply schedules with project milestones.

Qualifications:

1. BS/BA degree plus 5 years of experience in a related technical or business field or 3 years of experience in a target technical or business field.
2. Excellent knowledge of purchasing
3. Good knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM).
4. Demonstrated effective advanced computer skills.
5. Effective communication & interpersonal skills.
6. Experience in writing product and customer requirements and using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize decision-making.
