Join DKB Code Factory as the Product Manager — Premium Cards and own the product roadmap and backlog that shape premium card experiences for DKB customers. You will translate strategic goals into prioritized, measurable delivery across web and mobile, drive cross-functional execution, and continuously improve adoption, usability and business outcomes for a newly established product domain. This role offers high ownership, close collaboration with Design and Engineering, and the chance to build a strategic customer-facing product area.

{ your_responsibilities: [

  • Own and continuously evolve the Product Roadmap and Product Backlog for Premium Cards, ensuring priorities, dependencies and milestones are transparent to stakeholders.
  • Lead discovery activities (user interviews, usability testing, prototyping) and convert validated insights into implementation-ready epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Drive the delivery of customer-facing web and mobile features: coordinate with Design, Engineering and QA to ensure accessible, high-quality releases and measurable adoption.
  • Define, instrument and monitor product KPIs and run post-launch experiments to increase activation, adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain backlog refinement cadence, definition-of-ready, and release planning practices to improve sprint predictability and reduce rework.
  • Implement roadmap governance and continuous discovery practices to scale the Premium Cards product area from early delivery to operational maturity.

{ following_qualifications_would_be_in_line_with_our_desired_profile_for_this_position: [

  • Proven product management experience owning roadmaps and backlogs for consumer-facing digital products (Product Owner / Product Manager).
  • Strong discovery skills: conducting customer interviews, usability testing, hypothesis validation and converting research into delivery-ready work.
  • Data-informed: experience defining KPIs, instrumenting analytics, and iterating based on quantitative and qualitative insights.
  • Practical experience with Agile/Scrum (backlog refinement, sprint planning, release readiness) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma.
  • Comfortable with product analytics and mobile analytics platforms and user story mapping practices.
  • Fluent English (required); Spanish preferred 
  • You're passionate about your work, but also know how to enjoy your free time!

Nice‑to‑have

  • Experience in Payments, Cards, or Financial Services.
  • Familiarity with accessibility best practices for web and mobile.
  • Hands-on experience applying AI tools responsibly to improve product workflows and documentation.
  • German language skills (advantageous for cross-site collaboration).
