Product Manager - Monetization

Responsibilities

• Own the monetization strategy for the AI Agent product, including pricing, plans, and conversion flows.

• Define and track key revenue and commercial metrics.

• Identify and execute opportunities to improve paid conversion and revenue without hurting user experience.

• Partner with Growth and Core Product teams to align monetization with product value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in monetization, subscription, or revenue-focused product roles.

• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to derive clear insights from complex metrics.

• Mature judgment on balancing user value and business outcomes.

• High standards for UX and product design quality.

• Deep interest in the long-term commercial potential of AI products.
