Generative AI is becoming a strategic capability across Betclic. Our ambition is to continuously evolve our internal GenAI platform, rapidly adopt emerging AI capabilities, and transform them into practical solutions that create measurable value across the business.

As Product Manager – GenAI, you will own Betclic's ChatGPT Enterprise ecosystem, continuously evolving the platform through product ownership, experimentation, governance, and continuous improvement. Your mission is to transform emerging AI capabilities into practical, scalable solutions that create measurable business value.

Working closely with the GenAI Factory, Product, IT, and Security teams, you will continuously improve the ChatGPT Enterprise ecosystem by experimenting with new capabilities, building reusable AI assets, and scaling successful use cases across the organization.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC 🔥

In this role, your main missions will be:

GenAI Platform Ownership & Governance

• Act as one of the key owners of Betclic's GenAI ecosystem, including ChatGPT Enterprise, GPTs, Skills, connectors, automations, and future AI solutions.
• Define and continuously improve governance frameworks, best practices, operating models, and usage guidelines.
• Manage platform administration, including user access, permissions, segmentation, and adoption policies.
• Ensure alignment between business needs, platform capabilities, security requirements, and compliance standards.
• Monitor platform usage and proactively identify optimization opportunities.

Product Innovation & AI Experimentation

• Continuously monitor new GenAI capabilities released by OpenAI and other AI providers.
• Continuously evaluate new OpenAI capabilities, rapidly prototype and validate high-potential use cases, and scale successful innovations into reusable AI assets for Betclic employees.
• Prioritize new AI capabilities based on potential business value, ease of adoption, and platform impact.
• Identify opportunities where AI can improve employee productivity, collaboration, and operational efficiency.
• Transform successful experiments into scalable assets adopted across the organization.

AI Adoption & Reusable Assets

• Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, prompt libraries, FAQs, standards, and reusable frameworks.
• Promote best practices around prompting, GPTs, Skills, automation, and responsible AI usage.
• Support teams in adopting new AI capabilities and maximizing the value they get from the platform.
• Capture successful initiatives and transform local innovations into reusable company-wide assets.

Platform Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Define and monitor KPIs measuring platform adoption, engagement, and business impact.
• Analyze platform usage, user satisfaction, and organizational maturity.
• Produce regular reports and actionable insights for management and stakeholders.
• Identify adoption gaps, new opportunities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Measure the impact of newly deployed features and AI assets to guide future product priorities.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 🔍

This job is for you if:

• You have 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Digital Transformation, Innovation, Enablement, or a related field.
• You have hands-on experience with Generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Make, n8n, Dify, or similar solutions.
• You have a product builder mindset: you enjoy experimenting with new AI capabilities and rapidly transforming them into reusable solutions that create business value.
• You can translate complex technologies into simple, actionable business solutions.
• You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and helping maximize the value generated by AI across the organization.
• You combine strong product thinking with hands-on execution.
• You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• You are naturally curious, pragmatic, and enjoy simplifying complexity.
• You thrive in cross-functional environments involving Product, IT, Security, and business teams.
• You have experience defining KPIs and measuring product adoption, platform performance, or business impact.
• You are fluent in both French and English.

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS? 📝

If your application is shortlisted, Elliot will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Next, you will meet Alexandre, your future manager.

You will then complete a business case study, followed by a presentation of your work with Alexandre and members of the team.

Finally, you will meet Arnaud for the last interview stage.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal candidate experience.
