We are looking for an exceptionally smart, data-driven and innovative Product Manager.

The Product Manager will be responsible for owning the development and delivery of new products by conducting market research, creating product timeframes and plans, and crafting marketing strategies for new products.


Job Description:

Product Development

• Research, create and introduce new products and services.
• Oversee the development, management & promotion of products and services.
• Lead /Participate in meetings and provide advice & guidance on direction of products.
• Interface with the IT team, vendors, business managers and partner closely with other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proactively improve the serviceability of products by evaluating product readiness, identifying product gaps and consolidating product feedback.
• Champion customer experience, advocating for feature requests and offering product improvements backed by data-driven insights.
• Develop metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements.
• Ensure the launched product details are updated on Sales force and the website.

Marketing

• Plan and manage the advertising budget, campaigns and schedules.
• Monitor the results and success of various marketing campaigns and advertisements.
• Track & monitor campaigns, sales based on prospect generation & targets achieved.
• Develop counseling and marketing material – online and offline.
• Aggressively market the products through incentives
• Creating a need among those who don’t know about it.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of product management or other similar technical experience.
• Experience working with designers, tech teams to design and iterate on products.
• Experience with all stages of the product lifecycle.
• Must be creative, strategic, analytical, and think out of the box to solve problems.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Good Interpersonal skills with keen ability to explain complex concepts to audiences.
