Product Manager.

1. Product Development and Management:

o Lead the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch.

o Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, consumer needs, and new product opportunities - meet with traders, etc.

o Collaborate with design and production teams to develop innovative glassware products.

o Manage product life cycle, including new product introductions, enhancements, and phase-outs.

2. Strategic Planning and Execution:

o Develop and implement product strategies that align with the brand's vision and business goals.

o Set clear objectives and key results (KPIs) for product performance and track progress against these targets.

o Work closely with marketing, sales, packaging, warehouse, etc. teams to ensure successful product launches and promotional activities as well as product life cycle.

3. Customer Focus and Advocacy:

o Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that customer feedback and insights are integral to product development.

o Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, retailers, and industry partners.

o Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to continuously improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management or procurement, preferably in the consumer goods or tableware/glassware industry.

2. Technical Skills: ability to utilize an ERP system to check inventory, prices, process orders, extract reports, etc. Basic computer skills for Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

3. Strong understanding of product development processes, from concept to commercialization.

4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

6. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

7. Language: Good English speaking and writing.
