Job Description:

• The Product Management Manager is responsible for managing the Product Development Process (PDP) for Sun Life’s operations in the Philippines.  To achieve this objective, he will manage the delivery of all requirements of the PDP within timelines and ensures all product development activities by all functions involved, in all lines of business are effectively managed throughout the process.  He/She shall make process improvement recommendations and ensures that functions involved with product development work effectively within the PDP such that all new products are developed and launched with maximum effectiveness and speed-to-market.

Qualifications:

• Certification in Project Management or proven track record in managing projects end to end successfully
• Minimum 8 years of prior working experience in the insurance industry, preferably in product development.
