As part of the KYC Registry Product Management team, the intern will support the end-to-end review and evolution of the KYC Registry platform. This includes assisting with product data analysis, baseline and requirement management, enhancement implementation, documentation, customer feedback review, and coordination with internal stakeholders to improve the overall product experience. We are offering a 6-month internship for this position.

 
We are looking for a curious and proactive intern to join our Product Management team. The role is suited for someone who is interested in understanding customer needs, supporting continuous improvement, and learning how a digital product is managed and enhanced over time. 

What to Expect: 

 

  • Assist with baseline management activities, including reviewing data requirements, documentation expectations, product rules, and enhancement impacts to ensure the KYC Registry remains aligned with customer, regulatory, and operational needs. 

  • Support the implementation of new product enhancements by helping with requirement clarification, impact assessment, testing support, and rollout preparation. 

  • Help capture, structure, and follow up on customer and internal stakeholder feedback, including input from User Group discussions. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as KYC Operations and Product Delivery Squads. 

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the usability, quality, and customer experience of the KYC Registry. 

 

 

What will make you successful: 

 

  • Interest in product management, customer experience, Know Your Customer & Compliance.  

  • Good analytical skills, with the ability to review information and summarize key points clearly.  

  • Good communication skills, with the ability to explain information in a clear and simple way.  

  • Curious, proactive, and willing to learn how the product works and how customers use it.  

  • Comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools.  

  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or Power BI would be an advantage.  

  • Able to work independently with guidance and collaborate well with different teams.  

  • Organized, flexible, and willing to support continuous improvement activities

You will work closely with a Senior Product Manager, Narresh.
