Product Intern

• Attend meetings with ISPs and Hospitality partners, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions and agreements.
• Prepare, format, and distribute clear and concise meeting minutes to relevant stakeholders.
• Track and follow up on action items, deadlines, and responsibilities assigned during meetings.
• Maintain organized records of meeting notes, decisions, and updates for reference and audit purposes.
• Assist in coordination between internal teams (Product, Operations, Sales, Technical) and external partners.
• Support reporting and presentation materials related to meeting outcomes and progress updates.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Wholesale / Partnership team as required.

Requirements

• Undergraduate (minimum 5th semester) or Fresh Graduate from Business Administration, Management, Communication, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication (English & Bahasa Indonesia)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace
• Good organizational and documentation skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to prepare structured meeting minutes
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Willing to Work in Centennial Tower, South Jakarta.
