Your Impact 

• Supporting internal teams and dealer salesmen in establishing a market-oriented and continuous product argumentation. Conducting product, sales and driver training, within the FENDT sales region Central Europe.  

• Presenting FENDT combine harvesters and advising customers during individual demonstrations and field day demonstrations together with our distribution partners. 

• Market-specific adaptation of provided training concepts and regional implementation. Enabling dealers to perform demonstrations and machine installations according to brand image.  

• Supporting dealers / end customers with initial use of machines in the field as well as machine optimisation within the harvesting season. 

• Planning and support in the implementation of events such as new product launches, local trade fairs, and field days. 

• Technical and personal support for VIP visitors (groups) as part of factory visits.    

Your Experience and Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture, AG-machinery or similar education/ experience. 

• Detailed product knowledge about combine harvesters 

• Proficiency and confidence in using modern presentation techniques.  

• Ability to influence and motivate stakeholders, confidently handling conflicts. 

• Strong communication skills and assertiveness. Very good knowledge of English, 2nd language beneficial. High willingness to travel.

You will work in remote mode, position is allocated to our combine site Breganze.

Compensation  

Applicable salary range: €40,000 - 50,000 gross annual salary 
The compensation range specified in this job posting represents an indicative range for the role. Final remuneration will be defined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, in compliance with applicable EU pay transparency and pay equity regulations.
