We are seeking an experienced Digital Implementation & Signoff Customer Engagement Group Director to manage and execute complex customer engagements across physical implementation, signoff, and verification flows. This role provides deep technical expertise, drives advanced-node enablement, supports PPA realization, and partners closely with R&D, field application engineers, customers, and foundries to deliver scalable digital implementation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute Digital Implementation & Signoff customer engagements from technical discovery through deployment.
- Provide expert-level guidance in physical implementation, signoff, verification flows, design closure, and timing/power analysis.
- Lead new process technology platform enablement and support customer success across advanced-node designs.
- Drive PPA realization through benchmarking, methodology development, flow optimization, and issue resolution.
- Run expert-level benchmarks and solve complex customer problems involving implementation, signoff, and verification challenges.
- Test, document, and deploy Digital Implementation solutions, methodologies, and best practices.
- Partner with R&D, field application engineers, customers, and foundries to identify product requirements, define enhancements, and develop flows and features that address customer challenges.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and manage a group supporting customer-facing technical execution.
Qualifications
- Strong technical expertise in digital physical implementation, signoff, verification, and backend design flows.
- Experience with PPA optimization, advanced process technology enablement, benchmarking, and customer deployment.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication, presentation, documentation, and customer-facing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and manage or mentor a team.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with R&D, field application engineering, customers, and foundry partners.
Work Location and Travel
Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States and internationally.
