Job Summary

Product Engineer supports the successful introduction of new products into production. This role works closely with a global, cross‑functional NPI team to ensure product launches are delivered on time, meet market requirements, and achieve high reliability and manufacturability. The Product Engineer plays a key role during product qualification, characterization, and production ramp‑up phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end New Product Introduction activities from development through mass production.
• Work with global R&D cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time product launch with minimal risk
• Driver in product qualification, characterization, and validation testing to ensure product performance and reliability.
• Analyze product performance data and support identification of potential risks or gaps
• Support reliability assessment and corrective actions during qualification phases
• Ensure product manufacturability during production ramp-up
• Collaborate with test, quality, design, manufacturing, and marketing teams
• Align product market requirements with manufacturing needs
• Support yield improvement, issue resolution, and launch readiness tracking

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant engineering experience or fresh graduate
• Good analytical and problem solving skill
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams
• Strong interest in new product development and manufacturing
