Job Description:

• Lead product development activities for technical formulation of graphic-related products (e.g., PVC and non-PVC digital printing graphic films).
• Collaborate with business teams and customers to identify new product opportunities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and validate processes, product performance, and material specifications to enable successful NPI commercialization.
• Identify patent opportunities and support enterprise intellectual property processes.
• Apply disciplined project management practices to prioritize, execute, and document work effectively.
