Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product development for complex products or strategic programs.
• Drive feasibility, cost, and manufacturability assessments in collaboration with engineering and operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure delivery against project objectives.
• Engage directly with customers and suppliers to shape product solutions.
• Identify and implement process improvements in development practices.
• Mentor junior colleagues and support their development.
• Contribute to portfolio planning and technology roadmapping.
• Participate in strategic decision-making within the product line.

Qualifications:

• Bach+B5gineering, Product Development, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in product development or related roles.
• Advanced knowledge of development processes, cost management, and manufacturing.
• Proficient in project management methodologies.
• Data-driven decision making.
