Responsibilities
- Design new experiences across enterprise and general multiplayer use cases.
- Ship features that balance well established UI paradigms with novel applications of AI.
- Make software that feels like the future but can be used and understood by anyone in the world today.
- Work independently and strategically by finding problems and solutions.
- Contribute to process to ensure we are always shipping changes you are proud of, as often as possible
- You care about everything: product, interaction, brand, growth, copywriting, engineering, marketing.
Requirements
- Experience designing enterprise, consumer, or prosumer products
- Comfortable thinking about 0→1 product design or large scale optimization
- Excellent communicator with team members and users
- Excellent visual, UI, and interaction skills
- Comfort with prototyping or coding your ideas
- You care about shipping great software more than anything else.
- 5+ years of industry experience.
Bonus
- Some of our design team writes production code. We welcome existing skills or interest in coding with React, SwiftUI.
The cash compensation range for this role is $200,000 - $270,000.
