Product Content Writer

GrowthAssistant is seeking a skilled and motivated  Product Content Writer who will create clear, concise, and engaging content to promote products, develop user guides, and produce timely updates for new releases. Collaborate with teams to improve documentation based on feedback, create instructional videos, and manage content organization in Jira.

Salary: Up to Php 70,000 depending on experience

Must Haves:

• Technical writing experience with product teams
• Experience using knowledge bases such as HubSpot Knowledge Base

Core Tasks:

• Write clear, concise, and engaging content to showcase and promote our products to our target audience
• Collaborate with the Product Management team to develop product descriptions, user manuals, how-to guides, and other training and instructional material
• Produce engaging and timely content when new products or updates are released
• Brainstorm ideas to continuously improve existing product documentation based on customer feedback
• Work with designers to create matching demonstrative video clips
• Pull docs into Jira, doc updates, and doc organization
