Description

About the Role

We’re looking for a Producer for Financial Audit who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and wants to be at the center of content that actually impacts people’s lives.

This is a highly dynamic role that blends casting, operations, analytics, and production execution. You’ll be responsible for helping bring the best stories to life while ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.

If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and obsessed with making content better—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

Casting & Guest Experience

  • Partner closely with Story Producers to support casting efforts and surface high-potential guests
  • Conduct initial screenings of prospective Financial Audit guests through applications and phone interviews
  • Identify compelling financial stories and flag top candidates for deeper story development
  • Manage all guest documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Build strong relationships with guests to ensure a smooth and positive experience

Production & Execution

  • Collaborate with Story Producers and the production team to prepare guests and stories for filming
  • Conduct pre-interview phone calls with guests, and develop notes that ensure strong on-camera conversations
  • Be on set during filming and actively feed the team with interesting elements related to the conversation
  • Support pre-production planning and on-set execution of episodes
  • Ensure production schedules stay on track and team members are aligned and prepared
  • Act as a key coordinator to keep shoots running efficiently and at a high standard

Content Strategy & Performance

  • Partner with Story Producers to align on what makes a high-performing story
  • Analyze KPIs and channel performance to identify trends and opportunities
  • Provide recommendations to improve content performance, retention, and storytelling
  • Support casting and content decisions across Financial Audit and new shows

Who You Are:

  • You’ve worked in reality TV or entertainment, and know how to spot and shape a great story
  • You have strong story instincts—you know what will resonate, what creates tension, and what keeps viewers watching
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail—you don’t let things slip
  • You’re a clear, confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output production environment
  • Proactive and resourceful—you anticipate problems before they happen
  • Passionate about storytelling, personal finance, and content that drives real impact

Why Join Us? (The Perks):

We are an in-office team in East Austin because we believe the best ideas happen when we’re in the same room. Our culture is high-energy, collaborative, and focused on radical accountability.

  • Relocation Assistance: Not in Austin? No problem. We provide a relocation package to help the right candidate join us here.
  • Awesome Office & Team: Work from our East Austin office with a stocked snack bar, catered lunches, and a team that actually likes spending time together.
  • Unlimited PTO: We trust you to manage your time and your results.
  • Health & Wealth: Comprehensive health benefits and a 401(k) with a company match.
  • Lunch & Events: Daily lunch stipend and quarterly team-building activities (we go big on our events).
