Procurement Operation Packaging

Job Description

• Support supplier due diligence activities to ensure compliance with company Code of Conduct and procurement policies
• Execute Vendor Master registration and documentation for newly approved suppliers
• Support contract administration by ensuring contracts are properly documented, updated, and adhered to in daily operations
• Maintain accurate procurement data, supplier records, and reporting in procurement systems
• Execute daily procurement and supply activities for packaging materials in alignment with procurement strategies and plant requirements
• Monitor material deliveries and proactively follow up on delays, shortages, or deviations
• Track and monitor supplier performance against agreed delivery, quality, and service KPIs
• Support supplier performance reviews together with Procurement Direct, S&OP, and SCQM teams
• Act as the primary operational contact for suppliers on day-to-day supply and delivery matters
