Job Description

The Procurement Manager will serve as the first dedicated resource responsible for building and scaling a centralized procurement function across Rally House. This individual will lead vendor negotiations, drive cost savings initiatives, standardize contract structures, and implement a formalized purchasing and approval (sign-off) process.

This role requires a hands-on, highly analytical operator who can execute both immediately and design long-term procurement infrastructure. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-growing retail environment and can partner cross-functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, IT, HR, Marketing and Operations to deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities

  • Create new processes to handle contracts from start through record retention policies
  • Ensure all agreements include appropriate protections (pricing controls, SLAs, termination rights, liability, etc.)
  • Partner with Business Partners, Legal and Finance to review and approve contracts prior to execution
  • Maintain centralized contract repository and renewal tracking
  • Standardize workflows within NetSuite
  • Identify and execute cost-saving opportunities across key spend categories
  • Lead competitive bidding (RFP) processes to drive pricing improvements and vendor consolidation
  • Create clear policies for exceptions, emergency purchases, and overrides
  • Monitor compliance and continuously improve approval workflows
  • Track and create annual cost savings

Skills and Knowledge

Ability to plan, delegate and evaluate progress, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Knowledge of vendor outreach, negotiations, and contract assessment, Strategic problem-solving and decision-making skills

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in a procurement role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics or Supply Management or equivalent experience

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment
  • Able to clearly view and read information on a computer screen
  • Occasionally lift or move items up to 15 pounds

$90,000.00 - $110,000.00
