Your Day-to-Day

• Assist in processing purchase requests (PR), purchase orders (PO), and procurement data in the system or spreadsheets.
• Maintain accurate and organized purchasing records to support procurement operations.
• Review vendor documents, including invoices and delivery orders, to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Support purchasing data analysis and prepare procurement reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure procurement documents are processed on time.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to the end-to-end purchasing process.
  

Who We're Looking For

• Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to manage and analyze data.
• Able to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to learn about procurement and purchasing processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
